Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making sportsgoldguard.com usable for everyone, the standard we target, and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
We want every fan to read, watch and use this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip link on every page.
- Full keyboard support for menus, search, tabs and the cookie banner, with visible focus outlines.
- Text and buttons that meet AA color contrast in light and dark mode.
- Alternative text on informative images; decorative images stay silent for screen readers.
- Animations that stop when your device asks for reduced motion, including the score ticker.
- Forms with visible labels, clear error messages and no reliance on color alone.
Known limitations
- Team logos in score widgets come from a third party and have no individual alternative text. Team names appear next to each logo.
- Some older stories may include images without detailed descriptions. We fix them as we find them.
Report a barrier
If something on this site blocks you, tell us what page you were on and what happened. Use our contact form or email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We respond within five business days and can provide the content in another format.
