FanPulse is committed to making its websites, applications, livestream tools, score presentations, visualizations, and customer support usable by people with disabilities.
1. Accessibility Approach
FanPulse aims to design and test digital experiences with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and other applicable accessibility requirements. Work may include keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic headings, text alternatives, captions, transcripts, color contrast, scalable text, screen reader support, accessible forms, reduced motion choices, and understandable error messages.
Because FanPulse includes live creator content, third party media, sports data, advertisements, and user generated content, not every item will be equally accessible. FanPulse will use reasonable efforts to improve platform controls and provide creators with captioning, labeling, and accessibility tools where available.
2. Live and Recorded Content
FanPulse may provide automated captions, creator supplied captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or replay controls. Automated output may contain errors. Creators should correct material errors when practical and should not disable accessibility features without a legitimate reason.
3. Feedback and Assistance
To report an accessibility barrier or request reasonable assistance, contact [email protected] and include:
- The page, feature, stream, or content involved.
- The device, browser, and assistive technology used.
- A description of the barrier.
- Your preferred contact method.
FanPulse will review the request and respond within a reasonable period. Accessibility requests are handled under the Privacy Policy.
4. Third Party Content
Third party websites, app stores, payment pages, advertisements, and embedded services may have separate accessibility practices. FanPulse welcomes reports about barriers involving an integrated third party and may work with the provider where practical.
