This Host Agreement governs creating any live broadcast on FanPulse, operated by Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse. It supplements the Terms of Use, Broadcast Rooms Terms, Creator Terms, and Community Guidelines. You accept it once per version as your go-live certification; you re-certify whenever it changes.
1. Absolute Prohibitions — Wagering Facilitation
You must never, on or through FanPulse, in public rooms or private parties, in chat or by voice, directly or through intermediaries:
- Accept money or anything of value to place a bet for anyone.
- Record, relay, or transmit another person's wager.
- Pool money, run pots or books, or distribute winnings.
- Arrange person-to-person bets between users.
- Link to, display, or read out an unapproved sportsbook, promo code, bonus offer, or referral link.
- Claim any pick is guaranteed, "risk-free," or assured of profit.
- Conceal a sportsbook sponsorship or other material commercial relationship.
Violation results in immediate removal of the cast and escalating platform restrictions, up to permanent loss of hosting and account privileges, and may be reported to authorities where required.
2. Stream Classification Duties
Before going live you classify your cast truthfully:
- Independent Commentary — no sponsor, operator link, promo code, or financial relationship touching gambling. This is the only classification that launches automatically.
- Commercial Betting Content — sponsored by or affiliated with an operator. Disabled until FanPulse's per-jurisdiction commercial configuration approves it, and subject to disclosure duties below.
- Pick-Selling Content — you charge for selections or access. Requires separate compliance review before any launch.
Automated systems scan casts for operator links, promo codes, and wagering-facilitation signals; a mismatch places your cast on hold pending moderator review. Intentional misclassification, repeated, removes your betting-category hosting eligibility.
3. Disclosure Duties (Commercial Content)
When commercial betting content is enabled for your jurisdiction and audience, you must: display the persistent sponsored/affiliate badge; name the operator; disclose the relationship before promotional segments and periodically during long streams; use clear language, not vague "partner" phrasing; and comply with the endorsement rules applicable to your audience (in the United States, FTC endorsement guidance). FanPulse records the disclosures presented with your stream.
4. Content License and Conduct
You grant FanPulse a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, record, clip, promote, and display your casts and related metadata in connection with operating and marketing the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for what you say and stream, including third-party rights clearance; do not rebroadcast television, radio, streaming, league, team, or venue feeds.
5. Slots, Votes, Removal, and No Guaranteed Airtime
Hosting slots are limited and allocated by category. Listener voting can end your cast; a vote-out carries a temporary rehosting restriction for that game and category, and repeated removals escalate. FanPulse does not guarantee airtime, slot availability, audience size, promotion, or (where monetization exists) any earnings, and may end, restrict, or reclassify any cast at its sole discretion. These are policy decisions, not contract breaches.
6. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your casts, your violation of this Agreement or law, or your infringement of third-party rights. For betting-category hosts this expressly covers claims arising from wagering-facilitation conduct prohibited by Section 1.
7. Certification
By selecting I certify and accept you confirm: you are the account holder; the classification you select for each cast is truthful; you will not take, transmit, pool, or arrange bets through FanPulse; you will disclose any commercial gambling relationship; and you accept this Agreement's license, indemnification, and enforcement terms. FanPulse records the version and time of this certification.
