These Terms apply when a person opts in to receive FanPulse text messages.
1. Consent
By providing a mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring automated and nonautomated text messages from FanPulse at that number for the purposes described at signup. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent applies only to FanPulse unless the disclosure expressly identifies another seller. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number and are at least eighteen.
2. Message Types and Frequency
Messages may include account security, game alerts, creator updates, subscription notices, promotions, and support. Frequency varies based on selections and activity. FanPulse will identify the program and material frequency information at opt in.
3. Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Opt Out and Help
Reply STOP to cancel marketing messages from the applicable program. FanPulse may send one confirmation message. Reply HELP for help or contact [email protected]. A request using another reasonable method will be honored when legally required. Opting out of marketing texts does not prevent a manually sent or legally permitted security, authentication, or service message where appropriate.
5. Number Changes
Notify FanPulse before transferring or discontinuing the number. FanPulse may use reassigned number controls and may stop messaging a number that appears reassigned.
6. Privacy
Mobile information is handled under the FanPulse Privacy Policy. FanPulse does not sell mobile opt in data or consent to third parties for their independent marketing.
7. SMS Checkbox Language
I agree to receive recurring FanPulse marketing texts at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies.
