These Broadcast Rooms Terms govern watching, listening to, chatting in, voting on, or otherwise participating in any FanPulse live broadcast room, including watch parties and private hosting parties. They supplement the FanPulse Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and Responsible Gaming Disclaimer, each provided by Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse. By selecting I accept you agree to them.
1. What Broadcast Rooms Are — and Are Not
Broadcast rooms carry live commentary created by independent hosts, not by FanPulse. Hosts are solely responsible for what they say. FanPulse does not pre-screen live audio or video and does not endorse, verify, or adopt any host's statements, opinions, predictions, or claimed results.
FanPulse is a sports commentary and social platform, not a sportsbook or betting intermediary. FanPulse does not, in any room, at any time: accept or hold wagers; collect stakes or betting deposits; transmit bets to sportsbooks; pool user money; settle winnings; or allow hosts or users to arrange bets through chat, private parties, payment links, or direct messages. Any attempt to use a broadcast room to place, take, record, pool, or transmit a wager is prohibited and will result in removal.
2. Betting Commentary — Assumption of Risk
Rooms in the betting-commentary category contain discussion of picks, predictions, publicly available odds, spreads, and totals. This content is entertainment and opinion only. Nothing said by any host or participant is financial, investment, or wagering advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Past performance claims are unverified. If you choose to place a wager anywhere, you do so entirely at your own risk and outside FanPulse.
Betting-commentary rooms are restricted to users 21 years of age or older as a platform safety policy, regardless of the legal wagering or drinking age where you live. Hosts may have commercial relationships that must be disclosed; a room carrying sponsored or affiliate content is labeled as such.
If gambling stops being fun, help exists: in the United States call or text 1-800-GAMBLER. Self-exclusion tools are available in your FanPulse settings and take effect immediately.
3. Community Rules in Rooms
The Community Guidelines apply in every room. In addition you agree not to: harass or brigade a host; coordinate vote manipulation for or against any host; misrepresent your age, identity, or location, or use technical means to disguise your jurisdiction; share links to unapproved gambling operators, promo codes, or bonus offers; or record and redistribute room audio or video without permission.
4. Voting and Moderation
Listener votes influence which hosts hold broadcast slots. Removal of a host requires sustained negative feedback from established viewers; FanPulse's exact weighting formulas are confidential and may change without notice. FanPulse may remove any broadcast, restrict any participant, hold or reclassify any room, or disable any feature at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for safety, legal, or platform-integrity reasons. Moderation decisions are policy decisions, not contract breaches, and an appeal path, where offered, is a courtesy rather than an obligation.
5. No Responsibility for User Conduct; Disclaimers; Liability Limits
Broadcast rooms are provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of uptime, slot availability, or feature behavior. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FanPulse is not liable for the acts, omissions, statements, or content of hosts or participants, and excludes liability for lost profits, lost revenues, lost data, and consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages on any theory, including negligence. The aggregate-liability cap and dispute-resolution provisions of the FanPulse Terms of Use apply to everything that happens in a broadcast room.
6. Privacy in Rooms
Rooms are live and social: your username, chat messages, reactions, and votes are visible to other participants, and hosts can see aggregate listener counts. Room chat may be retained briefly for moderation. See the FanPulse Privacy Policy for details.
7. Acceptance
By selecting I accept, you confirm you have read and agree to these Broadcast Rooms Terms. For betting-commentary rooms you additionally confirm the age and warning acknowledgments presented alongside this acceptance. FanPulse records the document version and time of your acceptance. If these terms change materially you will be asked to accept the new version before re-entering.
