These Terms apply to FanPulse subscriptions, free trials, paid creator memberships, premium game rooms, event access, and other recurring or one time digital purchases.
1. Price and Billing Disclosure
Before purchase, FanPulse will display the price, billing frequency, trial length, renewal terms, material feature limits, taxes or fees where known, and how to cancel. You authorize FanPulse or the identified payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the displayed amount.
2. Automatic Renewal
A recurring subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. The renewal charge will be the then current price disclosed to you, subject to advance notice of a material price increase where required. By purchasing, you affirmatively consent to automatic renewal and authorize recurring charges. Save the confirmation for your records.
3. Free Trials and Promotional Periods
A free or discounted trial may convert to a paid subscription at the end of the disclosed trial period unless canceled before the conversion time. Eligibility may be limited to new subscribers, one trial per person, household, payment method, device, or account. FanPulse will not describe a trial as free if a material charge is required. 4. Cancellation
You may cancel through the account subscription settings or the purchase channel identified at checkout. When reasonably available, an online subscription may be canceled online without requiring a telephone call.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but generally does not end access before the close of the paid billing period. Deleting the app, leaving a creator channel, or deleting a FanPulse account does not necessarily cancel an app store or third party subscription. For app store billing, use the app store's subscription management tools. FanPulse may not be able to cancel or refund a charge controlled by an app store.
5. Refunds and Credits
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are nonrefundable and no prorated refund is provided for an unused portion of a billing period. FanPulse may issue a discretionary refund or credit for a verified billing error, duplicate charge, extended outage, canceled event, or other circumstance, but doing so does not create a future obligation.
A creator membership or digital benefit may become unavailable if the creator is suspended or leaves FanPulse. FanPulse may provide a replacement benefit, credit, or refund when required by law or stated in the offer.
6. Failed Payments and Chargebacks
If payment fails, FanPulse may retry the payment, request an updated method, limit paid features, or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for authorized charges.
Contact FanPulse before initiating a chargeback so that billing errors can be investigated. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, but FanPulse will not retaliate against a good faith billing dispute.
7. Price and Plan Changes
FanPulse may change future prices or plan features. A material price increase for an existing automatically renewing subscription will be disclosed in advance as required by law. Continued renewal after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may cancel before the next charge.
8. Taxes and Currency
Prices may exclude sales, use, value added, or similar taxes. FanPulse or the payment provider may collect taxes based on billing information and law. Currency conversion and bank fees may be charged by your provider.
9. Checkout Disclosure
[PLAN NAME] costs $[PRICE] every [MONTH/YEAR] after [TRIAL OR PROMOTIONAL PERIOD]. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before [DATE/TIME OR RENEWAL] in Settings > Subscription or through [APP STORE] to avoid the next charge. By selecting Start Subscription, you agree to the FanPulse Terms of Use and Subscription Terms and authorize recurring charges.
