These Guidelines apply to profiles, feeds, comments, direct messages, chats, game rooms, livestreams, audio rooms, polls, predictions, uploads, usernames, links, advertisements, and all other activity on FanPulse.
1. Safety and Respect
Do not post, transmit, encourage, or threaten:
- Credible violence or instructions to commit violence.
- Harassment, stalking, targeted abuse, or coordinated dogpiling.
- Hate speech or dehumanizing content targeting a protected characteristic.
- Doxxing, publication of sensitive personal information, or attempts to locate a person without consent.
- Nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or grooming.
- Sexual content involving minors or content that sexualizes minors.
- Content praising, supporting, recruiting for, or materially assisting violent extremist organizations.
- Dangerous challenges, self harm encouragement, or instructions likely to cause serious injury.
FanPulse may provide information about support resources when content indicates a credible safety concern. Emergency threats may be reported to law enforcement.
2. Sports Integrity
Do not:
- Solicit, buy, sell, disclose, or use confidential sports information.
- Offer or request payment to influence an athlete, coach, official, team employee, statistician, scorer, or event result.
- Encourage match fixing, point shaving, deliberate injury, manipulation of a prop market, or falsification of official data.
- Threaten or harass an athlete, official, creator, or family member because of a sporting or wagering result.
- Impersonate a league, team, school, athlete, official, media outlet, sportsbook, or FanPulse representative.
- Evade a self exclusion, age restriction, geofence, or account restriction.
3. Copyright and Broadcast Rights
Do not upload, restream, rebroadcast, or distribute:
- Live or recorded game broadcasts without rights.
- Subscription television, radio, or streaming feeds.
- Music, photos, clips, graphics, logos, or articles without permission or a lawful basis.
- Pirated links, access credentials, circumvention tools, or instructions to bypass access controls.
Original commentary and discussion are welcome, but a watch party must not include protected game audio or video unless authorized.
4. Authenticity and Deception
Do not:
- Create fake accounts to manipulate conversation, votes, rankings, trends, reviews, or creator earnings.
- Buy or sell followers, views, reactions, watch time, comments, or other fake engagement.
- Operate a scam, phishing scheme, impersonation, deceptive giveaway, pyramid scheme, or fraudulent fundraiser.
- Publish a materially deceptive deepfake, cloned voice, fake quotation, fabricated injury report, or synthetic endorsement without required permission and disclosure.
- Mislabel sponsored content or conceal a material commercial relationship.
- Alter screenshots, analytics, scores, odds, or transaction records to mislead others.
Parody and fan accounts must be clearly labeled and must not create a reasonable likelihood of confusion.
5. Privacy and Recording
Do not share another person's private messages, financial information, precise location, medical information, identification documents, account credentials, or nonpublic contact information without authorization.
Before recording or broadcasting a private conversation, obtain consent required by applicable law. Inform guests and callers when a live session is being recorded or clipped.
6. Spam, Manipulation, and Platform Abuse
Do not:
- Send repetitive, unsolicited, automated, or mass promotional messages.
- Post malicious links, malware, credential harvesting pages, or deceptive redirects.
- Scrape or harvest profiles, contacts, chats, or creator data without written permission.
- Circumvent rate limits, bans, content labels, blocks, age gates, or moderation controls.
- Interfere with livestreams, chats, polls, scores, rankings, notifications, or other users' access.
- Use FanPulse to coordinate unlawful ticketing, counterfeit merchandise, stolen accounts, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse.
7. Regulated and Restricted Goods
Do not use FanPulse to sell, facilitate, or advertise illegal drugs, unlawful weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, exploitative sexual services, illegal gambling, or another unlawful regulated product. Lawful restricted products may be prohibited or age gated under separate advertising and commerce policies.
8. Minors
Users under thirteen may not use FanPulse. Do not target wagering content, alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, adult sexual content, or other age restricted products to minors. Do not solicit a minor's private contact information, sexual content, money, or off platform meeting.
9. Advertising and Promotions
Commercial content must comply with FanPulse advertising rules and applicable law. Clearly label ads, sponsorships, affiliate links, free products, and other material connections. Do not run a contest, raffle, or sweepstakes without required official rules and approval.
10. Enforcement and Appeals
FanPulse may remove content, reduce distribution, add a warning, disable a link, restrict messaging, turn off monetization, suspend live access, or suspend or terminate an account. Severity, context, intent, history, harm, and legal requirements may affect the response.
A user may appeal a significant enforcement decision through the in product appeal tool or by contacting [email protected]. Appeals must be honest and may include evidence. Abuse of the appeal process may result in restrictions.
11. Reporting
