FanPulse may earn revenue from advertising, sponsorships, affiliate relationships, creator subscriptions, commerce links, or paid placements.
1. Labels
FanPulse will use reasonably clear labels such as "Ad," "Sponsored," "Promoted," "Paid partnership," or "Affiliate link" when a commercial relationship may not otherwise be apparent.
2. Affiliate Links
FanPulse or a creator may receive compensation when a user clicks a link, uses a code, subscribes, or makes a purchase. The price paid by the user may or may not be affected. A commission does not guarantee that a product, service, prediction, or creator is suitable for a user.
3. Creator Responsibility
Creators must disclose their own material relationships in accordance with the FanPulse Creator Terms and applicable law. A FanPulse platform label supplements but may not replace a creator's required spoken or written disclosure.
4. Editorial Independence
Advertising does not automatically determine FanPulse editorial coverage, rankings, moderation, or scores. Sponsored content and advertiser claims are the responsibility of the identified sponsor. FanPulse may reject or remove advertising that violates law or policy.
5. Wagering Advertisements
A wagering advertisement, link, or promotion may be limited by age, location, license, operator approval, and responsible gaming rules. FanPulse does not guarantee that an offer is available or lawful where a user is located.
6. Short Footer Disclosure
FanPulse may receive compensation from sponsors or affiliate links. Paid placements are labeled. Creator opinions are their own and are not guarantees.
