This addendum describes how Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse handles personal data in the Ambassador Program and its referral tracking. It supplements the main FanPulse Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Application data (legal name, display name, email, date of birth — collected for legal age-gating and treated as sensitive), country/region (drives eligibility and licensing lanes), entity type, self-reported platform handles/metrics, and NCAA/wagering flags. Payment identity, tax IDs, and bank details are collected and held by our payment processor (Stripe), not by FanPulse.
Referral tracking
Our referral link uses a first-party, strictly-functional cookie (fp_ref) and a server-side click log to attribute signups. We store click IP and user-agent as salted hashes (daily-rotating salt) for fraud prevention, not as raw identifiers. Raw IP is stored only in consent records, as legal evidence, with restricted access. We keep referral links first-party (no third-party ad-tech pixels), which keeps this out of "sale/share" classification under US state law.
Your rights
California (CCPA/CPRA) and Texas (TDPSA) residents may request access, deletion, correction, and portability. We honor deletion requests except for records we must retain for legal obligations — tax records and consent evidence — a carve-out permitted under CCPA § 1798.105(d) and TDPSA equivalents. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for opt-out of targeted advertising.
Retention
Consent records, agreements, and tax documents: 7 years. Payout statements and ledger: 7 years. Raw click events: 18 months, then aggregated. Contact [email protected] to exercise rights.
