This Addendum applies only to campaigns FanPulse expressly designates as "Wagering-Adjacent Content" — content that promotes, links to, or provides codes for a sports-wagering operator or wagering-decision product. Sports-wagering marketing is regulated activity in many states; this track requires gaming-law counsel and is not soft-launched.
Baseline rule
Unless a campaign is expressly designated, you will not combine FanPulse Program Content with wagering promotion in the same content item, overlay, panel, or post.
If designated, you will
(a) be at least 21; (b) hold and maintain any affiliate registration or license required by each state in which you reside or knowingly direct content; (c) include responsible-gaming messaging in each item ("21+. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER." or the state-mandated equivalent); (d) never use "risk-free," "free bet" (where prohibited), "guaranteed," or similar terms; (e) never target audiences under 21, college campuses, or self-excluded persons; (f) comply with each operator's marketing policies; and (g) provide copies of required registrations on request.
Texas & NIL
Sports wagering is not legal in Texas — if you are in or target Texas you must not promote wagering at all. NCAA student-athletes are prohibited from wagering-adjacent campaigns entirely. Breach of this Addendum is an incurable material breach.
