This High School Host Agreement governs creating any live audio room in the High School category on FanPulse, operated by Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse. It supplements the Terms of Use, Broadcast Rooms Terms, Creator Terms, and Community Guidelines, and applies in addition to the general Host Agreement. You accept it once per version as your high-school go-live certification; you re-certify whenever it changes.
1. Eligibility — Adults Only
You certify that you are 18 years of age or older and the holder of this account. High school rooms may not be hosted by minors. FanPulse verifies age against your account record; a host who cannot be confirmed as 18+ cannot open a high school room.
2. No Wagering Content — Absolute
High school rooms are a betting-free surface. You must never, in a high school room, in chat or by voice, directly or through intermediaries: reference, read out, or display any sportsbook, odds, line, spread, promo code, bonus, or referral; solicit, accept, pool, relay, or arrange any bet or anything of value tied to a game outcome; or promote pick-selling. Every betting, odds, and wagering surface is suppressed in this category by design, and you may not reintroduce it by any means. This prohibition is stricter than and overrides any general host allowance.
3. Minor-Safety Duties
Because these rooms concern high school athletes, many of whom are minors, you agree to:
- Follow announcer conduct standards consistent with UIL announcer guidelines — call the game, not the child.
- Never disparage, target, sexualize, threaten, or single out a student athlete, student, cheerleader, band member, or spectator by name in a demeaning way.
- Not solicit, publish, or coordinate contact with any minor, and not request personal or location information about a minor.
- Not share the personal contact details, home information, or schedule of any minor.
Content in high school rooms is moderated under FanPulse's stricter high-school moderation tier; violations escalate faster than on general surfaces.
4. Truthful Use and Classification
You will use the High School category only for genuine coverage, commentary, and community around high school athletics. Misusing it to evade betting rules, moderation, or age gating removes your high-school hosting eligibility and may end your account.
5. Content License, Rights, and No Rebroadcast
You grant FanPulse a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, record, clip, promote, and display your rooms and related metadata in connection with operating and marketing the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for what you say and stream, including third-party rights clearance. You will not rebroadcast television, radio, streaming, school, district, league, or venue feeds, and you make no claim to be an official stat record.
6. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alliable Interactive LLC d/b/a FanPulse and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your rooms, your violation of this Agreement or law, your conduct toward a minor, or your infringement of third-party rights.
7. Certification
By selecting I certify and accept you confirm: you are 18 or older and the account holder; you will keep this room free of all wagering content; you will follow the minor-safety duties above; you will not rebroadcast protected feeds; and you accept this Agreement's license, indemnification, and enforcement terms. FanPulse records the version and time of this certification.
